A Practical Case Study in Using AI for Governance, Internal Control, and Internal Audit Analysis Artificial intelligence is frequently discussed as a tool for writing emails, summarizing documents, or generating presentations. That barely scratches the surface of what AI can do for an auditor. One of the more powerful applications is using AI as an analytical assistant in evaluating the design of an entity-level control. We recently applied that approach to a proposed Tucson
