Join us for a unique, interactive course that "walks you through" the project management process and tradecraft needed to be an effective project manager.

This introductory level training in project management helps to prepare the attendee with little-to-no formal project management training to run small, simple projects in the work environment: construction, technology and development.

 

The emphasis in this CPE event is on introducing the terminology along with the basic tools and techniques for starting and running simple projects in a hands-on way.

No prior experience with managing projects is expected, so it is an excellent introduction to the subject for team leaders and participants who need to get started quickly. Attendees will leave the course with the knowledge needed to serve as a template for initiating and planning real-world projects in their environments.

This comprehensive internal audit training course is for anyone who wants to have a strong base of knowledge and understanding of the essentials of project management and the personal skills to become a successful project leader and then manager.

Relax and learn through expert instructor presentations, group discussions, role-playing, audit exercises, white-board diagramming and simulations.

This timely CPE training seminar is designed for the new project leader and individuals who have to create effective project control documents in performing projects and then communicate the results to management.

Each attendee will receive 20 CPE Hours (YB). A certificate of completion will be provided.

The retail cost of this CPE event is $1,200.00 for each attendee.
