PAYMENT METHODS Registration and payment is required PRIOR to the seminar. You may pay by the following methods:
- Payment by check (checks should be made payable to The

- Payment by credit card. To pay by credit card online with PayPal, click on the "Buy Now" button below and follow the instructions.
- To Register by Fax, simply download the
registration form, and fax to (479) 582-1065.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations received up to 7 business days before the seminar are subject to a $50 administration fee. Tuition is non-refundable for cancellations made 6 business days or less before the seminar. Registrants who do not cancel are responsible for the full tuition.
You may transfer your tuition to a future seminar, or you may substitute another person in your place at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or change the seminars and will give registrants advance notice of such changes. Full refunds will be given for seminar tuition paid if we cancel or change the seminars; however, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses.
Copying and Reproduction
Our seminars or any portion thereof may not be reproduced without express written permission. Your attendance at our seminar constitutes your agreement not to reproduce all of it or any portion thereof.
