Seminar Registration and Payment Instructions
You are required to complete the Online Registration Request Form below and authorize a payment to allow us to process a complete registration. The automated system will send you a copy of the registration form.
We prefer to accept payments for registration(s) using a credit card.
ADVANCE payment is required to confirm your attendance.
The payment process allows the user to process either a credit card or a Paypal account. If you prefer you can call us to process a credit card payment or mail a check for payment.
If you have up to three in a group or would like to attend multiple events, complete a registration form and proceed to the payment process. The payment process will allow for payment for multiple attendees and multiple seminars with the proper discounts applied.
For four or larger groups please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a note on your requirements. For large group payments, call us at (479) 200-4373 and we will process a single credit card charge.
Please understand we communicate with all attendees via email. You are responsible for providing us with an accessible email address at time of registration. We also need a cell phone number for communication concerning cancellations.

Please complete registration form and press the "Submit Registration Form and Move to Payment Options Page" button below. By completing this form and pressing "Submit" you are agreeing to the Corporate Compliance Seminar's Terms and Conditions for attendees.
The registration will be complete when you receive a "Registration Confirmation" email from email@example.com.
If you do not receive the email from firstname.lastname@example.org. within 48 hours, please check your Spam/ Junk Mail and if it is not there, CALL us.
Note: Communications from Corporate Compliance Seminars are conducted primarily via email.

Attendee Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations received up to ten (10) business days before the seminar are subject to an administration fee of 20 percent of the tuition. All refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of notification. Tuition is non-refundable for cancellations made ten (10) business days or less before the seminar. Registrants who do not cancel are responsible for the full tuition.
You may transfer your tuition to a future seminar, or you may substitute another person in your place at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or change the seminars and will give registrants advance notice of such changes. Full refunds will be given for seminar tuition paid if we cancel or change the seminars; however, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses.
Corporate Compliance Seminars Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or change the dates for any program. We will notify all registered attendees via email of all changes and cancellations. One week before the scheduled week of the seminar we will make the final determination as to the seminar schedule.
Copying and Reproduction
Our seminars or any portion thereof may not be reproduced without express written permission. Your attendance at our seminar constitutes your agreement not to reproduce all of it or any portion thereof.
