After you have processed a registration form, CCS will receive an email containing your registration information. If CCS does not recieve the registration form, you are not registered.

If you have already processed a registration form, please using the payment methods below to complete the seminar payment process. We will send you a registration confirmation to the email address you have provided within 48 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is required with registration for the seminar. You may pay by the following methods:

  1. Payment for a seminar for a single or multiple attendees by credit card: Select the link to the seminar below to find the appropriate seminar or Combination Package. This link with take you to the appropriate payment process that includes the "Number of Attendees", "Primary Attendee" and a "Add to Cart" button. This process will use the number of attendees to calculate the payment amount. (Note the shopping cart payment process will allow the use of a credit card or a Paypal Account. Having access to a Paypal Account is not a payment requirement.)

  3. Payment by check is not a preferable method of payment (checks should be made payable to The Accountware Group, Inc.) If you choose to require an invoice there is a $50.00 invoice processing fee. Complete the Registration Form indicating your intent to pay by check and then mail your check to:

  6. Attendee Cancellations and Changes

    Cancellations received up to ten (10) business days before the seminar are subject to an administration fee of 20 percent of the tuition. All refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of notification. Tuition is non-refundable for cancellations made ten (10) business days or less before the seminar. Registrants who do not cancel are responsible for the full tuition.

    You may transfer your tuition to a future seminar, or you may substitute another person in your place at no additional charge.

    We reserve the right to cancel or change the seminars and will give registrants advance notice of such changes. Full refunds will be given for seminar tuition paid if we cancel or change the seminars; however, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses.


  7. Corporate Compliance Seminars Cancellations and Changes


    We reserve the right to cancel or change the dates for any seminar program.
    We will notify all registered attendees via email of all changes and cancellations. The week before the scheduled week of the seminar we will make the final determination as to the seminar schedule status.


  8. Copying and Reproduction

    Our seminars or any portion thereof may not be reproduced without express written permission. Your attendance at our seminar constitutes your agreement not to reproduce all of it or any portion thereof.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
