Corporate Compliance Seminars provides seminars, training, documentation and consulting expertise to businesses of all sizes. Our mission is targeted to promoting the awareness of internal controls, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, IT security, internal auditing, external auditing and fraud prevention and detection. Our experienced faculty has been working within the subject matter areas for over 20 years. Corporate Compliance Seminars has been presenting informative and entertaining seminars since 2004.

CPE Seminar Pricing Per Attendee

We are offering the following Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit seminars:

Attendee Cancellations and Changes
Fees, courses, and program content are subject to change without notice. Cancellations received up to ten (10) business days before the seminar are subject to an administration fee of 20 percent of the tuition. All refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of notification. Tuition is non-refundable for cancellations made ten (10) business days or less before the seminar. Registrants who do not cancel are responsible for the full tuition.

You may transfer your tuition to a future seminar, or you may substitute another person in your place at no additional charge.

We reserve the right to cancel or change the seminars and will give registrants advance notice of such changes. Full refunds will be given for seminar tuition paid if we cancel or change the seminars; however, we are not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses.

Corporate Compliance Seminars Cancellations and Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or change the dates for any program. We will notify all registered attendees via email of all changes and cancellations. One week before the scheduled week of the seminar we will make the final determination as to the seminar schedule.

Copying and Reproduction
Our seminars or any portion thereof may not be reproduced without express written permission. Your attendance at our seminar constitutes your agreement not to reproduce all of it or any portion thereof.
