Audit Committee Workshop
This two day training workshop will address your awareness of governance issues and audit committee effectiveness. We are providing a focused forum at addresses audit committee and risk management best practices.
This timely, two-day workshop is designed for the audit committee member who is concerned about thier responsibilities.
If your goal is to learn how to be an effective member of an organization's audit committee this two-day workshop will be very helpful. It is designed for audit committee members, other board of director members, audit committee support providers, audit committee advisors, internal audit management personnel and others who have to effectively provide the key functions of the audit committee.
We will walk through actual examples of how an audit committee has to address in an effective and efficient manner its assigned responsibilities.
We also offer a four hour Audit Committee Seminar. This is an overview of the effective audit committee's responsibilities. This program is being offered at a number of cities during 2011.
